We have to evaluate the value of the expression
0.3 y + (y)/(z) at y=10 and z =5

0.3 y + (y)/(z)

=
(0.3 * y) + (y)/(z)

Substituting the values of y and z in the above expression,

=
(0.3 * 10) + (10)/(5)

=
3 + 2

= 5.

So, the value of the given expression is 5.
