Find three consecutive even integers such that the sum of the least integer and the middle integer is 28 more than the greatest integer

Let the integers be n, n+2 and n+4.
We have "sum of the least integer and the middle integer is 28 more than the greatest integer", so the equation:
n+(n+2)=28+(n+4)
Solving the above equation for n:
2n-n=28+4-2
n=30.
The three integers then are:
30, 32 and 34.
