How did u.s. military entry into world war i affect the course of the war?

On june 26, the first 14,000 u.s infantry troops landed in france for combat training. After 4 years of conflict along the western front. The america's well supplied troops entered combat making a turning point in the war. The war eneded on November 11, 1918, more than 2 million american troops fought on the battlefields, and 50,000 or so had lost there lives.
