First find each side of the triangle

XY = √(4-0)² + (-1-2)²
XY = √(4² + (-3)²)
XY = √(16 + 9)
XY = √25
XY = 5

XZ = √(-2-0)² + (-1-2)²
XZ = √((-2)² + (-3)²)
XZ = √(4 + 9)
XZ = √13

YZ = √(4+2)² + (-1+1)²
YZ = √(6² + 0)
YZ = √36
YZ = 6

Find the perimeter
Perimeter = XY + XZ + YZ
Perimeter = 5 + √13 + 6
Perimeter = 11 + √13
