On what grounds did supreme court justice oliver wendell holmes jr. dissent in the case of lochner v. new york (1905)?

Holmes dissented due to a belief that the opinion represented judicial activism, most specifically that it represented positions not held by the majority of the country. Moreover, he argued that the economic theory that was being used in the decision was not embodied in the Constitution.
