the answer is (b*h)(5 * 5), using foil to simplify it
b * 5 = 5b
b * 5 = 5b
h * 5 = 5h
h * 5 = 5h
5b + 5b + 5h + 5h
now simplify it
10b + 10h
hope I helped!
