I just took the quiz I know I'm late but it is C.

I believe the answer is C. Their circulatory systems transport nutrients to cells.

Option A is wrong because plant does not have a heart, only animals and humans do.
Option B is wrong because plant does not had blood. Water and nutrients in plant are transported with xylem and phloem
D. is wrong because to be considered to have a pulmonary circuit, an organism need to has lung and heart, which are non existent in plant.
