The diameter of the circle is the line that reaches across the whole circle
QUESTION 1 - What is the diameter of circle A
diameter of circle A is 12
QUESTION 2 - What is the diameter of circle B
diameter of circle B is 8

Now, the diameter is twice the radius
d = 2*r
QUESTION 3 - What is the radius of circle A
so given in circle A the diameter is 12 then the radius is 6
QUESTION 4 - What is the radius of circle B
given in circle B the diameter is 8 then the radius is 4

Hope this helps :)
