Strict scrutiny is the testing system that the United States applies to a law when it comes to dealing with weather or not it has racial classifications or it could infringe on the fundamental rights of the people. In order to pass a strict scrutiny, the law has to have a way to serve a very compelling interest of the government, minimally infringe on the fundamental rights of the people, and not have any restrictive alternative.

I believe the answer is Strict scrutiny
Strict scrutiny is used by the united states court as a standard of judicial review that would affect the development of new constitution.
Since racial classifications and fundamental rights infringement affect a lot of population, this would be most likely to be place under this category/
