Mr luke would drive 0.6 miles in 1 minutes.
His brother would drive also 0.6 miles in 1 minute.
So they would both go the same distance in 1 minute.

5.4/9=.6
.6 miles each minute
4.2/7= .6
.6 miles each minute
So ig each would drive .6 miles in 1 minute.
P.S I'm not sure if this is right.
