Put the 3 above the 6.
Multiply 3*2.
Put the 6 underneath the 6.
Subtract.
Bring down the 9.
How many times does 2 go into 9?
4 times.
Put the 4 above the 9, next to the 3.
Multiply 4*2.
Put the 8 below the 9.
Subtract.
Bring down the 4.
How many times does 2 go into 14?
7 times.
Put the 7 next to the 34.
Multiply 7*2.
Put the 14 underneath the 14.
There you go! Your answer is 342!
