The point J(4,-1) is reflected over the x-axis. What are the coordinates of the resulting Point J'?

To reflect a point over the x-axis, you simply negate the y-value of the point. Thus, your new point would be (4,--1), which after you take out the double negative that cancels, you'd have (4,1).
