The correct answer is A.

I think about it as -1(-g/-h).

Because both g and h in the fraction are negative, the negatives cancel out. You now have -1(g/h), which is -(g/h) just like the original.

The answer is not B because the negatives would cancel out, leaving you with (g/h).
