What expression is equivalent to 2^4 times 2^-7?

B. 1/2^3

if you put into your calculator: (2^4)(2^-7) you get .125
then if you put in (1/2)^11 you get 4.88E -4
then if you put in (1/2)^3 you get .125 so this is the correct answer
