The correct answer is 1500 pounds.
One ton is equal to 2000 pounds. You just divide 2000 by four and multiply that answer by three.

One ton is 2000 lbs (pounds). 3/4 of 2000 is 1500, therefore the pumpkin weighed 1500 pounds.
