We are given

two times

first time =A=24 months

second time =B=3 years

so, firstly , we will change all times into same units

so, we will change all times into months

We know that

1 year =12 months

so,

3 years =3*12 months

3 years =36 months

B =36 months

A =24 months

now, we can find it's ratio

(A)/(B) =(24)/(36)

now, we can simplify it

(A)/(B) =(2*12)/(3*12)

(A)/(B) =(2)/(3).................Answer
