Answer:

base = 4x

height= 4x

area = 1/2 x 4x x 4x

98= 1/2 x 4x x 4x

98 = 1/2 x 16x^2

98 = 8x^2

x^2 = 98/8

x^2 = 12.25

x =
\sqrt12.25

x = 3.5
