The value of "4" is Hundred-Billion. Ones, Tens, Hundreds... Thousands, Ten-Thousands, Hundred-Thousand... Millions, Ten-Millions, Hundred Millions... Billions, Ten-Billions, Hundred Billions. Xd hope this helps.
