x − 2y = −1 => x = 2y -1

2x + y = −12
2(2y - 1) + y = -12
4y - 2 + y = -12
5y = -10
y = -2
x = 2·(-2) - 1
x = -4 - 1
x = -5

Answer D (-5,-2)
