How to solve this using trigonometry?-example-1

Using SOHCAHTOA and Kenui's height and angle of depression (which is the downward angle from the horizontal ) the answer should be:

because its the Adjacent and Opposite sides use Tan;
Tan(6.8) = o/a
tan(6.8) = Distance / 219
tan(6.8)(219 = Distance
26.114 m

But because the angle of depression is the downward angle from the horizontal the answer may be Tan(83.2)(219) = 1836.589
the 83.2 coming from 90 degrees - 6.8 degrees

either way i"m still unsure because I don't see a need for the two angles or Mias involvement, sorry if I'm wrong
