If the circulation does not occur satisfactorily in the muscle, there will be an accumulation of residues and speaking of oxygenation, that way the muscles will work anaerobically, which produces a residue called lactate. When there is an accumulation of lactate, muscle fatigue occurs, the muscle becomes weak and tired and contracts irregularly causing tremors and spasms.
