Given f(x) = 3x2 + 2x + 1, f(0) = 1, f(2) = 17, and f(‒1) = 2.

So f(x) = x + 3, and f(1) is given. That would imply that you insert the 1 in place of the x, which would give you a value of f(1) = 1 + 3 = and that would have you end up with : f(1) = 4

The value of the function is 4.
