- first and foremost: register and vote once u turn 18!
- even if u are under 18, u can write to ur state legislators and let them know what u think of upcoming bill or proposal
- u can also call to their offices and leave messages
- organize others in ur school to voice their opinions
- participate in local political gatherings as the legislators will know about them from media coverage
