7q - 5 ≤ 10q + 19
7q - 5 + 5 ≤ 10q + 19 + 5
7q ≤ 10q + 24
7q -10 ≤ 10q + 24 - 10
-3q ≤ 24
-3q ÷ -3 ≤ 24 ÷ -3
q ≥ -8
Hope this helps!!
