What warning should consumers be aware of when they snack from what appears to be a single serving package?

a. convenience equals enormous expense
b. they are too low in kilocalories to satisfy our needs
c. the temptation would be to substitute the snack for a regular meal

A. convenience equals enormous expense.
Things in smaller packages cost way more than things in larger packages, so it’s more cost effective if you buy a bigger bag and then just eat a little bit of it.
