The complication that is associated with deep venous thrombosis is PULMONARY EMBOLISM.
Venous thrombosis is a disease condition in which there are formation of blood clots in the veins that are located deep inside the body. There are two major complication of venous thrombosis and these are pulmonary embolism and post thrombotic syndrome.
