Solution :

GIven, An architect builds a scale model of a skyscraper for a land development proposal. The model is 2 feet tall. The scale of the model is 1 in : 12.3 meters.

We know that , 1 foot = 12 inch

Height of model =
2 \: feet = 2 * 12\:inch = 24 \: inch

Scale of the Model is = 1 inch : 12.3 meters, which means 1 inch of the model measures 12.3 meters of the skyscraper.

So, Total Height of the proposed skyscraper =
24 * 12.3 meters = 295.2 meters.

Hence, the proposed skyscraper is 295.2 meters tall.

295.2 meters

because there is 24 inches in 2 feet and 1 inch represents 12.3 meters so 24 x 12.3 = 295.2 meters
