first simplify a bit by dividing by 2:-

2(10x^2 - 13x + 4)= 0

2(10x^2 - 5x - 8x + 4) = 0

2[( 5x(2x - 1) - 4(2x - 1)] = 0
2(5x - 4)(2x - 1) = 0

x = 0.8 , 0.5 Answer
