During his reign in Han dynasty, Emperor Wudi changed China's state to Confucian state from Taoist state. This brought changes to how China's government operated. Government officials became more responsive to their constituents and reduced the taxes they allot. Although they became responsive, the Chinese government has control to its people but their foreign neighbors has them under their control.
