(9 1/3) / 7 =
(28/3) / 7 =
28/3 * 1/7 =
28/21 which reduces to 4/3 ft <== ur improper fraction answer

9 1/3 is. Equal to 28/3. 28/7*3. This equals 28/21. Simplify. 4/3. 4/3 feet
