In the given figure ΔABC is similar toΔDEF.Angles B and E are congruent, then their corresponding sides will be in proportion according to S A S similarity.

∠B=∠E=160degrees

AB×EF=BC×DE

X×8=16×3

X=48÷8=6

There fore answer is option B.
