Do all organelles of the endomembrane system have the same lipid composition?

No. There is a significant variation in the lipid content in the endomembrane system depending on the function of the specific organelle. All organelles have the similar phospholipid bilayer but they differ in protein composition hence also the lipid composition.

For instance, the mitochondria consists of a double bilayer of cell membrane made of phospholipids but with proteins essential for the electron transport chain interspersed in it making it have fewer lipids; whereas lysosomes have fewer proteins making its lipid composition higher.
