Is donor age or telomere length more important in determining how many cell divisions a cell will undergo?

Telomere length is the determining factor in the number of cell divisions a cell will undergo. The age of the donor is not a determining factor. That said, each time a cell divides, the length of the telomere shortens and once it gets to a certain size, the cell either stops dividing or dies off.
