13x+6y=−30
x−2y=−4

This means that .............6y = -30 -13x..............y = -13x/6 -5 (a)
(b) x+4 = 2y ................y = x/2 +2

The Solution is (-2.625,0.688) so the best estimate is (-2.5 , 0.75)
