The company's strategy doesn't have any concern for the long-term direction that management would like the company to pursue. Instead, the strategy is focused on actions to run the business and to conduct operations, ways to grow the business, looking for places in the market, gaining new customers as well as keeping existing customers happy, being able to compete in their field, and achieving goals.
