(C2O4)2- will be oxidised to CO2 and Fe2+ will be reduced to Fe(Oxidation state 0) first and then will be oxidised to Fe2O3 in which Fe has oxidation state of +3


So in net reation Fe is oxidised to +3 from +2

4FeC2O4+3KMnO4=>2Fe2O3+3K2MnO2+6CO2
