A niche strategy has competitive advantages, such as it is suitable for small companies with limited resources. It can be used in a limited geographic area and product line is focused on a specific product. In contrast, with product/service differentiation, there is a big difference, in which, there is a strong dealer networks, consistent product reliability, with credible image and various brands name and services.
