Answer is: adenine will form a cross bridge bond with thymine.
Amount of adenine (A) in the DNA of an organism is the same as the amount of thymine. Adenine and thymine bound to each other by hydrogen bonds, one adenine has two hydrogen bonds with one thymine. CG pair has three hydrogen bonds.
