if it is 20% off, then u r paying 80%

0.80(170.88) = 136.70....this is without tax

and the tax is 7%...
136.70 * 1.07 = 146.269 rounds to 146.27 <== with tax

170,88 - 34,17 =  136,71 + 9.56 = 146,27
