Answer: It is considered as dependent events.

Then both the events are dependent events.

Because we know the definition of dependent events which states that dependent events are those events if occurrence of one event gets affected by occurrence of another event.

As choosing the second member is completely dependent upon choosing the first member.

Number of possible outcome of choosing second member would reduce by 1 member.

So, it is considered as dependent events.
