There is definitely a typo in the density of ethyl alcohol, which is about 0.789 kg/L.
Following is solved according to given information:
Density = mass / volume
25 g/L = 13g / V
Cross-multiply,
V=13 g / (25 g/L) = 13/25 L = 0.52 L
