Conflicts arise between ethnicities because of religious differences, national identity and cultural differences. If a ethnicity feels like they are unwanted or being treated unjust by another ethnicity a conflict will occur. The Israel and Palestine conflict is a good example of this. The Palestine community feels they are not accepted as a nation and they feel the people of Israel are stopping this by living on their land.
