Vol. of a sphere is V = (4/3)*pi*r^3, so in this case,
4*pi*19683
V = (4/3)*pi*(27 inches)^3 = ------------------ cubic inches
3
... which can be reduced to 26244 pi cubic inches, or 15.2 cubic feet
