for this case you can calculate the sugar percentage present by a simple rule of three:
12,630 g ---> 100%
8.315 g ---> x
Clearing x
x = (8.315 / 12.630) * (100) = 65.84%
Therefore, there is 65.84% sugar in 12,630 g milk chocolate bar

We are a given a mass of milk chocolate of about 12.630 g which contains 8.315 g of sugar. We are tasked to solved for the mass percent of sugarin the milk chocolate. To solve for this, simply follow the formula
% sugar= (mass of sugar/ mass of milk chocolate ) *100%
% sugar= (8.315/12.630)*100%
%sugar = 65.84 %
Therefore, the milk chocolate contains 65.84% of sugar.
