Messanger RNA (mRNA) - Carries the genetic info copied from DNA in the form of a set of three codes that each specify a certain amino acid.

Transport RNA (tRNA) - Deciphers the codes from mRNA.

Ribosomal RNA (rRNA) - Associates with a set of proteins to form ribosomes.
