The information that has to be obtained for patients for storage in EHR is much more than that which is obtained for paper record, such information always contain information from all the care providers who had seen the patient. When the patient get to the hospital, all the necessary information will be obtained from the patient and entered into EHR directly and immediately.
2. One very important benefit of using EHR in the clinical setting is that it helps the health providers to provider more quality and safer care for patients. Beside this, it also helps in proper diagnosis and medical treatments and it makes it easy for health providers to access past information about their patients.
