Hybrid organizations
They combine traditional models of a profit making organization and they also have the soft spot and touch of an organization pursing modem social welfare model and standards. In order words, they do every thing a conventional organization would do to keep the company, staff and the key performance indicators the company and still maintain their non profit organizational goals.
