{Multiply the 4 by the value in the first bracket; (5x-2) and the also multiply the 2 by the (9x+3) }

4(5x) 4(-2) = 2(9x) 2(+3)

20x-8 = 18x+6

20x - 18x =8 + 6 (Group like terms)

2x= 14 (Divide both sides by -2 to find x)

x=7
