The slope is 6

We can put this in Y-intercept form by simply setting it equal to y
y = 6x + 3
At this point, the slope is the number next to the x, with in this case is 6

6. The formula for slope is y=mx+b. Your B is 3, and your M is 6.                                                                                                                                                                                               B= Y intercept and M=Slope
