4^0 = 1
4 ^ -3 = 1/4^3 = 1/64
4^0 • 4^-3 = 4^ 0 + -3 = 4^-3 = 1/64
The solution to this question is 1/64 or 4^-3.

A number to the power of 0 will always be 1. 4 times negative 4 is negative 16. Negative 16 times negative 4 is 64. 64 times 1 is 64.
